Mehar is an engineering graduate from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and holds a diploma in Data Science from IIT Madras. She is a LAMP Fellowship alumna, bringing a strong foundation in policy analysis, data-driven research, and stakeholder management. She is passionate about using evidence and data to inform effective public policy, and enjoys collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups to drive meaningful outcomes.
In her leisure time, she loves baking, swimming, and travelling.
