In Partnership with APCO Worldwide, we hosted an exclusive, closed-door roundtable discussion on ‘Securing India’s Critical Information Infrastructure’.
As India advances its ambitious digital transformation, the security of our national backbone is paramount. Recent years have seen a sharp increase in sophisticated cyberattacks targeting India’s critical information and telecommunication infrastructure across sectors like energy, finance, healthcare, and defence, thus creating a significant and growing threat to our economic stability and national security.
This roundtable convened a select group of senior leaders from government and industry to assess India’s cybersecurity posture and collaboratively develop a strategic framework for action. It is intended to create a knowledge bridge and bring together key stakeholders extensively involved and experienced in the sector, its developments, particularly the IoT-enabled devices deploying machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, to discuss the national and economic security risks and challenges emerging out of over-dependence on adversary countries for deployment in India’s critical infrastructure sectors.

IndiaTech Dialogues 2025 is a flagship event bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and academia to shape the discourse on emerging technology policy in India.
IndiaTech Dialogues 2025 marks the culmination of an initiative aimed at shaping a responsible online gaming ecosystem in India, with a strong emphasis on student engagement. Following a rigorous first round of debates held at IIT Delhi, four exceptional teams from leading universities had been selected to present their policy recommendations in a symposium. These presentations offered a unique opportunity to hear directly from the next generation of policy thinkers on a highly relevant and fast-evolving subject.
The evening also featured the official launch of our joint report with Digital India Foundation, “Responsible Gaming: Arriving at a Science-based Approach to Mediate Potential Gaming Disorders and a Review of Global Practices”. The report offers a comprehensive analysis of the current landscape, global best practices, and industry concerns, along with actionable policy recommendations to support responsible and sustainable innovation in the sector.

Introducing our inaugural premier debate competition for students aspiring for their professional journey in public policy. This event provides a platform for young minds to engage in thought-provoking discussions on pressing regulatory and policy issues.
This was conducted in collaboration with Digital India Foundation. The theme focused on the Responsible Online Gaming Ecosystem, exploring the delicate balance between innovation, user protection, and responsible digital engagement. Participants had to navigate critical issues such as gaming addiction vs. entertainment, the role of gamers in shaping a responsible digital ecosystem, and the intersection of government regulation and industry growth.
With a structured debate format, cash prizes, and opportunities for audience engagement, this event witnessed in-depth discourse that could shape the future of tech policy in India.
